Hi Yogesh Jadav,
What is your B1 version and PL? Do you want to copy General Authorization for all users?
Thanks,

Hi Yogesh,
By Database if you mean, say database of test company to database of production company but within the same database management software such as MS SQL 2008, then you need to use Copy Express Add-on. First enable enable the add-on by installing it and then launch and assign the from and to databases and it should enable you to copy the authorizations and other artifacts such as print layouts, documents etc.
Hope this helps.
Search the online help for copy express and you will have all the instructions.
