Price is showing '0' in the catalog

Main question:

Why price is showing '0' in the catalog?

We use business process with sales orders via B2B.

I have been create catalog. It's works. I saw products.

Price for product is showing like '0' in the catalog.

But, if I press on this price - I saw that PR00 is not initial and showing correctly.

I goto log:

"Unit conversion: Could not find appropriate mapping for external unit Т and language RU. Maybe unit and language does not fit. Returning null."

I know about note 1358883. Also entry in the table T006A is filled correctly.

Denis.

Hi

Please check the following:

1. If you are not using IPC, please check if LIST PRICE radio button is selected in the shopadmin setting.

2. The PR00 condition type is assigned for the catalog variant. When you double clicked on catalog variant, you will see a new window on the bottom of the screen where you can assign the PR00 condition type.

3. The condition record is downloaded correctly to CRM.

4. Do the initial replication of the catalog to TREX

Hope this will help.

Hi

One Check - Is the Unit Of Measure for the Catalog Variant is - Base Unit of Measure selected?

Information

Unit of Measure Type

Specifies the type of unit of measure for the cataloged products that is used as the basis for the products in the catalog. The price is determined according to this type of unit of measure.

Examples of type of unit of measure are: base unit of measure, purchase order unit, and sales unit

Hi Denis,

I am facing the same issue, and it's so sad, because I faced all the same problems. It would be really great if you could let me know the solution.

Also, I have now implemented the note 1358883, and I do not see the Unit of measure error in the Java trace, but the issue still persists.

Looking forward to hear from you,

Nelson.

Hi, Nelson, Satish.

Please check pricing procedure and main condition entry like pr00, that are you use, check indicator statistically or not. Try to change.
