Hello Experts, Can we create a shedule Meter Reading Order within the ISU system for an installation where there is no device attached. The requirement is to create schedule meter reading orders even for sites where the meters are physically taken off the wall (therefore no device in ISU) and for those meter reading order created Meter Reader should go to such sites and flag if there is any malpractice going on other teams to look into.
As per understanding we cannot create Meter Reading Orders where devices are not installed.
Any suggestions on how to meet this requirement? Please note that we cannot create dummy meters at such sites becuase it will lead to other problems and Business areas. These meter-removed installations have to be in the schedule download file of meter reading orders
