Requested Session Does Not Match the Current Session

Hello,

Has anyone see the following behaviour when using the Back navigation link from with in Portal linked to a CRM7.0 system?

Example - I open the portal and login. I select Search Accounts from a Search Work Center and the search screen is rendered. I then hit the back button (portal not browser) and I get the following message returned

"The Requested Session Does Not match the current session".

If anyone has seen this and can let me have some information to resolve it I would be most grateful.

The message suggests that the session is some how lost when you click on the back button.

Try to check your http traces in the CRM system.

Are you using any type of load balancers in your environment ?

Are you working in a clustered environment ?

Do you access your portal through an external load balancer ?
