Biiling Doc status not updated in CRM

Hi,

I am facing one issue with CRM billing. Till last month the CRM billing document was getting updated with the accounting doc and status in CRM, however in this month there are 2 billing documents created in CRM. These 2 documents are transferred to ECC but the status in CRM is Being Transferred and the doc flow is also not updated.

I checked the queues in CRM and ECC both inbound and outbound, also checked SMW01 in crm. Everything seems to be in place.

What can be the issue? Any other settings needs to be checked? please reply.

I had also same issue but per SAP guidelines executed Note : 1233254 - Resetting the TRANSFER_STATUS hanging with value 'B'.

Issue resolved for me

Hi PePe,

I don't have a very good answer for you. But I have faced the same issue on CRM 5.0 system. There is a note recommended by SAP with a report program to correct this on billing doc to billing doc basis individually. I tried hard to trace out that note for you, but in vain. You can check with someone in SAP on this.
