Hi Srinivas,
Did you perform all the post installation steps as per the Installation guide?
The PI post installation template needs to be run from the NWA.
Also check in SM59 tcode, if the destination INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI is set and work fine.

The issue is with the post installation. perform post installation and perform the steps provided in the SAP Note: 817920 to make sure that everythink is fine.
