On accessing transaction code PA20, certain users are getting the dump tsv_tnew_occurs_no_roll_memory .
Before entering any personnel number as soon as PA20 is entered in the easy access, the dump occurs.
We checked whether any roles/authorisations have changed recently,but they seem to be ok.
We are using structural authorisations, the pd profiles are maintained for the user.
But still no clue as to why this is occuring.
