Copying rules for conditions do not contain V 1 090 2 entry

I am getting the above error while i copy price from pricing agreement in to service contract line item..

Am i doing something wrong?There are two pricing procedures mentioned in VOV8 in the contracts section for Service contracts PABR01 & PABR02. What is the actual purpose of the condition types underlying these procedures.How can we effectively using these procedures and what role do they play when i copy pricing to the release orders ?
