Hello Mr. Moshin
Regards to your issue it sounds like there is some problew with <SID>
When system is copied and the SID of the database is changed to <NEWSID>,
the owner is not touched. The SAP system and the database have
the SID <NEWSID> but the tables in the database still have the owner
SAP<OLDSID> and have to be accessed as user SAP<OLDSID>.
The ora-1403 is risen when the SAPUSER table of the ops$user is there
but does not contain a row with the schema set in the environment in
theuserid-column. Inorder to check this ORA error
Check the environment variable dbs_ora_schema=SAP<SID> where SAP<SID> is
the owner of the tables in the database.
Hope it helps

In your system copy guide there should be a few sentences about creating OPS$-users and sapuser table.
Did you follow that?

ORA-01017: invalid username/password
Try to change your schema password via BRtools. Once password has changed for Schems your problem will be resolved.
Also which procedure did you follow for refresh. If you have done it with backup restore then you may need to run ORADBUSR.sql script. You can take it via note 50088. (in case you have not done this step)
Thanks..
Mohit
