I'll be glad if somebody can help me with the following two questions:
1) Is there a report that provides information about the settings in SE11 located in the "Delivery and Maintenance" tab for all tables in the system? Specifically, we would like to obtain a listing of the tables for which maintenance or view is allowed through SM30/SM31.
2) It is my understanding that tables also require a maintenance view to be editable or viewed through SM30. How can I determine if there are maintenance views associated to a large listing of tables?
We have a listing of invidiuals with access to update and view tables in production. The access is restricted by table groups (S_TABU_DIS), but these table groups contain a huge number of tables and not all of them have a maintenance view (without it the table can not be changed or viewed form SM30/SM31). We would like to determine the actual tables that would be editable.
Thanks in advance,
Hi Jose,
I do not know of a report that provides information about the settings in SE11 'Delivery and Maintenance'. You may try look into table DD02L for the same. This is a table for table characteristics.
Here, I believe you are looking for these selections :
CONTFLAG : Gives the delivery class of the table (Appl table, system table, table for temp data etc.)
MAINFLAG : Shows the maintenance characteristics (Display or maintenance allowed/not allowed/restrictions)
