Personalizing Addresses in ESS

HI SDN,

I am personalizing Addresses application in ESS. Here our requirement is Permanent Address should be non-editable and Temporary Address should be editable. But when i make fields readonly in Permanent Address , automatically Temporary address fields are also getting changed to readonly. How can i chage this behaviour. Is this possible from r3 side with out using NWDI. Please provide me solution

Unfortunately there is no customisation available! You have to go for modification only in Weddynpro code.

Anyway, if role-based personalization fails and there are even dependencies on the lowest-level UI-elements for some reason plus you have no option to influence the service via SPRO; as far as I know you'd have to go for modification in NWDI/NWDS.

But better wait with that until Siddarth or so commented this to be on the safe side.
