So far I have not worked on following transactions, Could u please explain specifically,importance / application of the following transactions and on what circumstances we can use the following transactions with simple example.

In Logistics - Materials Management - Purchase Requisition - Follow-On Functions

ME56 - Assign

ME57 - Assign and Process

In Logistics - Materials Management - Purchase Requisition - Follow-On Functions - Create Purchase Order

ME58 - Via Assignment List

ME59N - Automatically via Purchase Requisitions
