IBase and Component is empty in Service Message

Hellow.

After the copying a Solution Manager in a new instance there is a new problem appears:

All Service messages (SLFN) creating with empty fields IBase\Component.

The correspondent system is configured in SMSY and IBase component is generated for it.

Dear ,

I had the same problem.

This can occur for two reasons.

1. see the BCES_CUST table in that the system installation entry will be there with the wrong installation number of your sattilite system. DELETE THIS ENTRY.

2. IBASE WOULD HAVE NOT GENERATED CORRECTLY PLEASE CREATE THE IBASE USING IB_GEN TRANSACTION.

Hi,

Please check in IB52 if all IBase is configured correctly. Also, there should not be 2 IBase exists in IB52 with same name.
