How you do cascading goals in flexible management. I see 4 BAdi's. So what do you do now?

How does HR Manager cascade corporate values to all in the company?

How does manager cascade team goals to all in his team?

Hi,

in your template in the catalog, you will need to add those badies as fix enhancements in a criteria group. If you want to have Core values in your template you need to create for example a criteria group called Core values and add ADD_CASCADING_GOALS_CORE as fix enhancement there, for corporate goals create another criteria group with fix enhancement ADD_CASCADING_GOALS_GOAL and for team goals the same with ADD_CASCADING_GOALS_TEAM (badi HRHAP00_ENHANCE_FIX).

Then the access point for Managers (for team goals) or for HR admin (for core values and corporate goals will be

application configuration HAP_AC_PMP_GOALS. This has parameter PROCESS. So for flexible process, the application configuration should be called with parameter GEN.

There is also another parameter called ROLE_ID. with this parameter you determine if you want to access core values, team gols, coorporate goals.

MA for Team Goals

PA for Corporate Goals and Core Values

CG for Corporate Goals

CV for Core Values

MO Manager (own goals)

MS Manager (own goals) and lower-level managers goals

I understand you call HAP_AC_PMP_GOALS from SE80? How do we acess those parameter PROCESS or GEN. Do I need technical developer for help? What will be the value for these parameters

from SAP easy access menu,

right click on favorites folder -

choose add other objects

scroll to bottom --- choose web dynpro application

fill screen out -

web dyn application = HAP_A_PMP_GOALS

Description = I've learned to add a web dynpro transaction to favorites

Application Config = HAP_AC_PMP_GOALS

Under parameters:

Name - f4 lookup

ROLE ID = PA

PROCESS = GEN

choose checkmark -

transaction is saved to favorites. double click on web dynpro application to test.
