Service PO completion

there is z report, which show the list of PO which is completed or not means delivery completed. in this report its written that if delivery completion is checked show the PO details.

but my problem is that in this service po is not showing because there is not any delivery completion indicator, then how i will show that service po is completed or not. Plz tell me any solution........

Hi,

Check Field Selection Key for SERVICE PO Document type!

Now Make "Delivery completed" indicator is "Opt.entry" in GR/IR control segment for Field Selection Key PT9F( OR your Field Selection Key you are using for Frame work order document type) in following path:

SPRO-> MM--> Purchasing -> Purchase Order -> Define Screen Layout at Document Level

Now assign Field Selection Key PT9F for SERVICE PO Document type & save.

Go for cycle service PO, SES & MIRO and can view Delivery completion indicator

Please check whether the delivery completed indicator is set as optional for the corresponding Field Selection Key.And this key should be assigned to the service order doc type.
