Monthly Report base on 2LIS_11 Extractor

Dear Experts,

I have a doubt regarding a reporting scenario based on 2Lis_11 Data source

We would like to create monthly, weekly and dayily reports.

My problem is that 0calday, 0calmonth, etc are not existing in the datasource. How to integrate thoses time characteristics for reporting issue?

Hi,

You must be having some date field in datasource may be Posting date or something like that based on that you can get month year and day wise report

you just need to map this date field with 0calday.ocalmonth and 0calyear....Automatically it will convert the date in other formats.

If any doubts then please let me know the datasource name so that i can also explain you which date field you need to map with the infoobjects in BI side.

2LIS_12_VCHDR

2LIS_13_VDITM

2LIS_13_VDHDR

Could you please explain how it works and which fileds should be taken.

I would like to understand so that i can use the same logic if i am working with a different datatsource.

Hi,

For 11(Orders) you can use the " Update date for statistics - VDATU".

For 12(deliveries) you can use the "Delivery date - LFDAT"

For 13 (billing) you can use the "Bill Date - FKDAT"

Yes.

But you can also use created on field for the date mapping.

Just ask your functional team and client as to which date they would like to see in the reports.

Is it possible to map LFDAT with:

0CALDAY

0CALMONTH2

0CALYEAR

0CALWEEK

0CALMONTH

0FISCPER

0WEEKDAY1 ?

Ofcourse any date field based on the requirement what customer request you to use which date field,

you can map to all STD TIME CHARACTERISTIC of 0CALMONTH, 0CALYEAR, 0FISCPER.. ..etc

You can use the field "Update date for Statistics update (Field VDATU).

Map this to 0CALDAY, 0CALMONTH and 0CALYEAR and use in reports accordingly
