Hi Nandish,
Even I have got the same error, the issue has resolved after I have replicated the respective data source followed by activating the transfer structure and then reloaded the data.

Solution to fix this issue
Please run the following test in tx RSRV:
RSRV:
All Elementary Tests
-> Master Data
-> Compare Number Range and Maximum SID
-> infoobject 0INFOPROV
I assume you will see the number range error after the RSRV checking.
Please then run the same in RSRV and repair this error using the
"correct error" button. This will help to remove the inconsistency.
Hi,
This is due to any inconsistent request in BI system. Just get into the debugger mode by using /h and try to see the inconsistency in the system and set any breakpoints if needed. Try this out and let me know........

Try to display the data out of the cube in different ways:
1. TA RSA1->right click on cube->Display data
2. TA RSA1->right click on cube->Manage->Display data
3. TA LISTCUBE
might be one one them will work

Hi ,
1.I guess the error is because of some inconsistent BI Object .
From the error log , try to find for which Object is the error occurring .
Ex:- Locate this symbol '<====' in the error log , it will give you the exact location and the BI object for which you are facing the error .
2. After locating the error object , go to tcode - RSRV and repair it .

Lokesh
