problem with initial load of DNL_COND_A004

Dear experts,

We are doing initial load of object DNL_COND_A004.

There is one inbound queue R3AI_DNL_COND_A004 got created and it is in running status. The entries in queue are getting processed and the number of entries present in the queue is coming down. But the bdocs are not getting created and the tables are not updated.

There is jsut one Bdoc craeted and it went into error staus with 'Mapping Error' But we did not see any error segment when clicked on 'show Bdoc Msg errors/recievers' button.

anybody faced this situation? could anyone please tell us why the bdocs are not created?

Please help us with this issue.

Hi,

did you properly load condition customizing with object DNL_CUST_CNDALL before? Probably the customizing download failed and now there is customizing missing in CRM (e.g. condition types), which should be mapped. I would recommend to check the errors in the application log transaction SLG1.

The reason can be that mapping between crm and erp is not consistent. Refer to note 514952 and define the CRM fields accordingly and then trigger the customizing load object DNL_CUST_CNDALL. After that run DNL_COND_A004.
