Hi,
We have 4 User Status namely,
1) QC_1--Checking for QC
2) QC_2--QC Check OK
3) WFCA--waiting for Customer ap
4) CA--Customer approval
We keep QC_2 in order to TECO. Same is with my process order. Let me tell u exactly what is happening
i have a process order with status REL MSPT CRCR CNF DLV PRC BASC BCRQ.When i try to TECO the order through COR2 i'm getting an error" "Cancel Scheduling" is not allowed (ACT ******** 0031 0030)
". But still it will allow me to save. The actual problem
is i have scheduled a job with program 'PPSFCACT' i.e program for T code CORM with which i TECO
process orders with status CNF & DLV. What i have seen is this job has
got been getting cancelled since last one month. when i saw the job log the
system showed error of cancel scheduling not allowed for PO ********.
Now since the job runs in background if any error comes then it is
suppose to skip & move but this job gets cancelled. i'm not able to
find why is the whole job getting cancelled. So i went in COR2 &
manually tried to TECO the order. At that time system showed the same
error but it then allowed me to TECO the order. The background job is
set for all plants but i found that the PO for one particular plant is with such
errors. So i have rescheduled the job by excluding that plant. The job got successfully completed. But now
when i try to run the same program for that plant then the program is getting
cancelled since there are more than 1 process orders with same error. pls help
