QaaWS - Multiple queries for an Xcelsius Dashboard

Hi,

I created a webI report using two queries and I merged dimensions & showed as a single report and creating a for an Xcelsius Dashboard. Now I am asked to use QaaWS as source and connect directly to this, without WebI as intermediate. Is this possible to to create multiple queries and merge dimensions in Qaaws. i do not see this option,1) any work round? My datasource is Multiprovider and not BEx Query.

2) Can two different QaaWS queries can be used as source for a single dashboard?

Please help.

Hi Nanda,

QaaWS does not allow to merge dimension, it is only intended at designing queries and publishing them as web services. dimension merge is more part of the WebI document creation process, which is out of QaaWS functional scope.

And of course you can consume several different QaaWS queries in a single dashboard.
