SAP B1 Stopped Operation at Incoming/Outgoing Payment Navigator

Dear Expert,

SAP B1 will stop operate and shut down when the following steps perform.

1) Create Incoming Payment with Account Type (RC#1)

2) Create Incoming Payment with Customer Type (RC#2)

3) Click Last Data Record button, RC#2 will appear on the screen.

4) Click Previous button, SAP B1 will stop operate and user only can choose to shut down.

The similar thread is found in but no solution provided.

SAP Version: SAP 8.8 PL14

Operating System: Window 7

Database System: SQL Server 2008, English (US), SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_C1_AS

Please check it on server also whether the error is coming on server or not.

Dear Lay Chin,

It sounds like a bug to me. How about other OS instead of Win7?

You may need to update to the latest PL to try.

I have stopped addon, remove FMS and remove Transaction Notification. The problem persists.
