IP62 (Materials Where-used) shows deleted Task Lists

Please your help. We have found that transaction IP62 (Materials Where-used List) includes Task Lists that are already deleted.

I have found that IP62 goes to table PLMZ and tries to find the materials linked to a Task List and that the tool RIPLMZ00 SAP can be used to repair the deletion indicator for BOMs in that table.

RIPLMZ00 = Report - Repair Report Sets Del. Indicator in Table PLMZ, if BOM Item Deleted

Running RIPLMZ00 didn't find any issues.

Any other suggestions to make IP62 ignore the deleted Task Lists?

Thanks in advance;

Carlos.

I guess your task is not deleted it is just flagged for deletion, that's why where use list still find out it as valid task.

so suggestions:

- Run IA09 to look for a complete Tasks list as flagged for deletion in your plant and get from there the group numbers.

- Run IA25 do delete the desired group or groups

try again please your where use list.

Thanks for your answer. We have verified and the Tasks Lists that still appear in IP62 are deleted, not marked for deletion.

Hi

I think there is no settings for the same. In my system i can replicate your scenario and i am not able to find the task list counter which is deleted using IA12

check whether any OSS notes are there

Thanks for your answer.

The process we follow to delete the Functional Location Task List is:

1) Transaction IA11

2) Enter FLC

3) In top menu, GoTo Task List Overview

4) Select Task List

5) Select icon to delete

6) Confirm

7) Confirm to Delete Task List counter

😎 Save

Thanks again.
