Statement is not in bank data storage

Hello Experts,

While Uploading bank statement I am getting the error which says

Account 52369898 INR: Statement 5269874 is not in the bank data Storage.

That is an information message,When I proceed with that I am getting the message

"Account statement was not updated

Message no. FB773".

I am checking it in Quality but that data is not there in quality.Is that the problem or else I need to check somewhere else.

I have checked threads,but did not help me out getting the solution.

Dear:

The information message arises due to the difference of the file date to Document dates.If you have the files with Bank layouts then check the files fields information especially dates. This might be the problem.
