Hi ,

As in above reply config.required for COGI is mentioned.

It is basicly used to correct the goods movment errors occured during automatic goods movments (Backflush)

1) T code COGI -> enter desirded details like production orders no,posting period, materail ,sales order no ,plant,MRP controller etc

2) Please select the line item and post it to clear cogi for that line item. Please ensure that sufficent stock is available at the merntioned storage location.

By selecting all the line items you can clear all COGI errors at one go.

This are the simple steps you need to follow.

Thanks & Regards,

If the need is to know the different methods / program which can be used for this, then just use the search feature in this forum & you will find ample threads. I would strongly suggest use the search as you would find a lot of info rather than waiting for someone to search n paste the results.

However if the need is to know how to clear a specific message in COGI, then it depends on quite many factors. To the best of what I know there is no single document or procedure which details how to clear, as each message in COGI needs to be looked in context.

So if you face a specific issue about some specific message, then provide more details about it & would be glad to be of some assistance.
