Amount settlement field missing in Settlement rule in IO

Hi,

We have a amount field missing in settlement rule even though amount settlement is activated in settlement profile.

Can anybody please help me to resolve this issue ASAP?

Hi,

In the settlement rule screen we have an option for hiding the columns. Check whether the "Amount" column is set to hide.

Thanks for your reply... and I am sorry for late reply because I was out......

I figured it out by myself so, closing this thread. It was due to line item settlement instead of summary settlement.

I am also facing the same problem i.e Amount field is not getting in settlement screen
