Sending background job output by sapoffice

Hello Gurus,

Release 701 EHP4

Kernel level 111

We run MB52 in background with a variant then send the spool list to a distribution list of SAP users, so they can check the output in sapoffice.

The job run fine, but the users get only 16 pages out of 174 pages in the attachment in their inbox!

We tried to set the parameter SP01_TO to higher number for each the background job owner, and the receipient but it didn't work.

Through TC SP01 the admin can see the output request of the job with all pages.

So any advice to make the user receive the complete report in his/her sapoffice mailbox?

Hello,

If you are running this through SAP Background job (TC SM36, SM37)then there is option call "spool list recipients"

Make sure TC SCOT is enabled and user communication method is set for all the users.

Hi,

The report is sent successfully, and the user receive it.

But the report is 146 pages, while the attachment received by the user is just 16 pages!

So the questions is "why only 16 pages of the report received by the user?"
