SAP tab disabled in Xclesius 2008 SP 4

Hi Gurus ,

I am having following environment

- WIndows 7 64 bit

- Office 2010

- Xcelsius Enterprise 2008 SP4.0 (5.4.0.0)

- SAP BO XI 3.1 Integration kit SP3

- SAP GUI 7.20 Patch 0

I installed Xcelsius followed by Integration kit

Following options are disabled for me

- Cannot select any of the SAP option mentioned (open , publish , publish as , launch , Disconnect , Translation Setting ,tools )

- Cannot select option open from platform and save to platform option in file tab

Kindly suggest why i am not able to connect to SAP and BO server .

Hi vibhav,

Kindly check the key you have used to install the xcelsius.

because, trial version, Xcelsius present, xcelsius engage version wont offer

SAP direct connectivity.

your xcelsius version determined by the key you are using for Installing.

Integration kit has nothing to do for direct connectivity.
