Hi;
recently i have loaded WBS into system through a BDC programme.
When i check those WBS in Project Builder i can see them, on other hand when i execute CN43N it does not show me any record.

Check the table PRPS. See if the data for the relevant WBS element is there in the table.

Yes i already had made sure that my controlling area is set, and have double checked the selection criteria.
Also Value for my WBS also exist in PRPS.
so by any chance do we have any thing to check inconsistencies in the structure just as like the CJEN (for cost element, value categories)???

In project builder you have an option to derive the structure. This will tell you if there is any inconsistancies.

Check the DB Profile settings and the field selctions in layout and also if there is any status profile that is controlling the view.

I knew that already, it seems like some link tables not been updated.
You can probably save one of those projects in CJ20N and run the report. If this one comes up correctly in the report then i suggest check the BDC recording once more.
Have already tried to do changes in CJ20N, but still doesnt show up.
infact i have tried using CJH1 aswell, but still problem not solved.

Could you please check the reasons why the system does not display anything in CN43N based on your criteria?
1) The system could not find any objects which meet the specified selection criteria.
2) The controlling area set is not the same as the controlling area in your project.
Change the controlling area in the information system, as necessary, by choosing:
o Extras -> Set controlling area
o Environment -> Set controlling area in the Project System area
menus - for example, when accessing the hierarchy reports in the
project information system.
Set controlling area
o In the selection screen when accessing the cost element reports
Could you also review note 107605 which it may help to solve your issue?
