Crystal Reports 2008 prerequisite download is failing

We have Crystal Reports 2008 as a prerequisite for two .NET projects. One uses a ClickOnce installation and the other uses a standard Setup project. Both installers have the "Download prerequisites from the component vendor's web site' option turned on. They have been working fine until yesterday. When attempting to run either installer, the setup fails when downloading Crystal Reports with the following error:

An error occured downloading the following resource: http://resources.businessobjects.com/support/downloads/redistributables/cr_120/redist/x86/CRRuntime_...

Is this location down?

Looks like the site is down. I contacted Program Management who is responsible for it and they recommended we wait until tomorrow morning...
