Authority Problems when trying to set a Project Status Switch in SolMan

Hi,

In the SolMan I have an authority problem with one user account. The role is to create a new project by using the transaction

SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN. In the register 'system landscape' --> 'change requests' are five possibilities to choose. When I display Project Status Switches to permit importing of requests in the target system, I get the information message I do not have the appropriate authorization needed. There is neither a possibility for a errorlog with SU53 nor to get some posivite results on tracing the funktion. The result of the SU53 is we don't have an error. The result of the trace is all sentences are 'green' and i have no authorisation problem.

While debugging the problem I get a sy-subrc = 4 and I don't know why.

We use SAP EHP 1 for SolMan 7.0.

Did you turn the trace on in SolMan or the satellite? You should turn your trace on in the other system, not Solman.

It was obvious, but I didn't see it.

I found the missing object:

S_CTS_ADMI = PROJ in the satelite system.
