403 Forbidden
SAP NetWeaver Application Server
Error: Servlet with class <i>[prt]</i> cannot be loaded.
SAP Technology Troubleshooting Guide
Details: You can not invoke the Servlet only by using its name.
Automatic configuration (http://<serverIP>:50000/sld/fun) failed. (I have no trouble accessing this screen or NWA after logging in.) Maybe this is part of the problem. What are the configuration steps that need to be performed manaually?
Dear Mark,
Hope you are doing good.
The error "Servlet with class [prt] cannot be loaded." suggests that some core components is missing. Please try to deploy the core Ep components using the JSPM force option (SAP Note Number: 1123333).
Before this, do check note 1539483 so that the data between the FS and the DB is synched. This should be useful here.
Thank you and have a nice day :).

Hi Mark,
First update the ID address and host name in the host file Start > run > drivers > etc > hosts. update both host name fully qualified domain name and sort name as well.
Then try to access the SAP portal URL http://<host>:<port>/irj/portal OR http://<host>:<port>/index.html if you still face the issue. then login to nwa and changes the URL for portal.
If issue still persists then check the services for IRJ in NWA and activate it and check the associated defautl trace logs file for more details.
Best Regards

Hi,
Did you mean that only the login screen for /irj/portal is not working while it is working for all other applications like /nwa ?
Or is the problem something else?
Please do not use IP in the URL to login. You should always use the hostname of the server and never the IP.
What is the current SP level that you have on this system?
Regards,
Shitij
