Invoicing Waste Generator for Disposal Service

Dear All,

Our client collects waste from external waste generators and disposes it at 3rd party disposal facilities. They also invoice the generators for the waste management services provided based on the vendor invoice sent by the disposal facilities.

We are planning to use the Waste Management component of EHS as it looks a good fit to the business. Could someone advise how we can invoice the generators or integrate EHS with invoicing in SD? I'm primarily an SD consultant, not familiar with EHS. Any inputs would be greatly appreciated.

SAP EHS - waste mgmt moduel is for organizations who produce waste.

I believe your client is catering waste disposal service to their customers, SAP has developed SAP - Recycling module, below is a link for this info

Hi Krishna,

Nowadays the Waste Management component of EHS is only integrate with MM, and only with purchase order. If you want to integrate Waste Management with SD, you will need to programme the creation of sales document from entry documents (EHS waste management docs). Take the function EHSWA_141_WASTEMVT_CRT_MM_PO as a template.
