FF_5 automatic processing

Hi,

we are downloading BIA2 statements from our bank and passing them to a shared folder in ECC.

We are trying to automatically load this statements using transaction FF_5 configuring a variant and schedule it in a job.

My question is what would happen with the file processed in the shared directory after it was loaded? Is it moved to an archive folder or directory? We need to move this file somewhere so the next day a new file can come an be loaded.

Hi Pablo

I believe you would be Z program to get the EBS file from the Unix server in SAP. So once the file is read and uploaded you can move it to new folder say like an archive folder which is not accessed by any program.

We are using the same in our SAP system.
