Partner function change is not writing into change log tabels CDPOS & CDHDR

Hi

I have changed Patner function fromSAP CRM WEB UI but the before and after change values are not writing into CDPOS & CDHDR. Both Value new and Value OLD are blank in CDPOS table. Is there any other function module to see the before and after image for partner function changes?
