We created about 6 Knowledge Articles(KA) in CRM and then ran a full compilation. For full compilation, I went to CRM tcode CRMC_SAF_TOOL and then launched Web UI from there. After this step, I was able to search all 6 Knowledge Articles in CRM system. So far.. no issues.
However, after couple of days we created 5 more knowledge articles so now CRM is suppose to have 11 KAs, but I can only find 9 KAs. When I looked at CRM table CRMD_ORDERADM_H by KA transaction type, I only see 9 and not 11. The 2 KAs that got deleted were among the 6 KA that were created initially and were searchable.
Does anyone know why KAs 7000000001 & 7000000003 were deleted from CRM database table CRMD_ORDERADM_H and how do we stop it?
