Crystal Reports 2008/2011 integration with Delphi XE.

Help me please, I need to run Crystal Reports (.rpt) file and see the Preview output from my Delphi XE application on the client computers where CR is not installed. I found the way to do it with CR XI, but it does not work with CR 2008.

Hello,

Were you using the RDC (Report Designer Component) with CR XI? You would have been referencing the craxdrt.dll, crviewer.dll, and possibly the craxddrt.dll.

The RDC was retired after CR XI R2 (v11.5). If Delphi XI can support .NET development you can use the CR.NET SDK to create an application that displays reports. You'll find CR.NET SDK information in the sticky posts at the beginning of the CR.NET forum.

Note that you'll find few, if any, samples written in Delphi .NET for Crystal Reports.
