Has anyone had issues using a Xerox Phaser 8560MFP while printing from CR helper application for Solomon IV? It errors out everytime ...
"Crystal print Engine Error: 545 - Error in File, request canceled by user"
No matter what I do, nothing works. I've even renamed the file and moved it.
