can we cancel a confirmed TO?

Hi,

I tried to cancel a confirmed-TO, and system does not allow.

Is there a way that I can reverse a confirmed-TO which sometime user can confirmed wrongly on the quantity?

Hi,

Instead you try to move the stock (difference qty) for the storage type which it has been confirmed to the interim storage type.

For Example,

If you are receiving for Purchase order, once you do MIGO for PO then it will put the qty in 902 storage type, for ex. if the order is 10, in 902 interim bin (PO number) =10, if you confirm the TO to Storage type A00 with bin A001. Then the interim bin qty will be deleted. If it is a wrong Qty, let's ay 6

Then in LT01, create a TO to move from 6 from A00 A001 to 902.

This will fulfil your requirement.

Confrimed TO can never be cancelled. You can put the SU back to source storage type in LT09 if SU management is active.

true, once confirmation is complete cancelation is no longer possible, you need a new transfer order to reverse the error, the movement type must be correct based on the confirmed t.o. (so if it a delivery t.o. then LT09 as noted above, if it is some other movemement type possibly need the opposite movement type to reverse, meaning whatever movement type was used the opposite type needs to be used to reverse so a 712 would be a 711 to reverse.
