I have received bdoc error: "Business partner xxx does not exist as customer, change not possible". Can anyone help?

Hello Varun,

Please maintain CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU as mentioned in notes 757955 and 908157.

I think that you are getting an error message no XR012? I f that's the case, then please maitain those notes.

Yes the message no. is same as you've mentioned i.e. XR12. Is these notes are relevant to rectify this error after maintaining them. reply

Yes notes are relevant up to BBPCRM700 and subsequent, I asked you to go through this notes and follow instructions.

Hi Willie,

As you suggest, i have checked the notes which you suggest, they already maintained. Suggest any other note relevant to CRM 7.0 or any solution how to remove this error.

Hi Varun,

Please check you have done PIDE settings in ECC. Same Number range maintained in ECC & CRM system.

This error usally comes in SMW01 when PIDE settings are not correctly maintained.

Hi Varun,

Check if note 497146 helps

May be you have unneccessary entries in the ERP transactions PIDE which control the data exchange between CRM business partner and ERP Customer master data. If so, this would not be neccessary if you are also using BP on the IS-U.
