Migration from e sourcing 5.1 to e sourcing 7.0

Hi experts

We are working on migration from e sourcing5.1/ CLM2.0 to E sourcing7/ CLM 7. I have a few doubts that I would like to clarify:

1. While migration, how do we ensure migration of sourcing events i.e. RFx, auctions, Projects etc .

2. How does migration of master agreement and contract documents takes place? I have seen the contract upload workbooks but they do not seem to cover all areas for e.g.

document links in master agreements, Collaborator roles etc.

Kindly help me understand these basic issues

Regards

Shobha

    Hi Shibha,

    1. While migration, how do we ensure migration of sourcing events i.e. RFx, auctions, Projects etc .

    Do you mean dat migration?

if yes , Project data could be migrated by using Project Importer ( csv file containg project data to be  prepared and imported into esourcing 7.0)

RFX, Auction data  : no imported tool is forseeen ( to be confirmed by SAP)

    2. How does migration of master agreement and contract documents takes place? I have seen the contract upload workbooks but they do not seem to cover all areas for e.g.

document links in master agreements, Collaborator roles etc.

Basically, all needed areas is covered by the contract upload worrkbook.

Here the header of contract upload workbook :

      Hi Anacia

      Thanks for your reply!

I couldn't found project importer csv file. Any you plz help me locate the same.

As far as RFx and auctions are concerned, is there so solution to migrate these events? This has been a long standing query we keep getting from customers

For master agreements, I understand all the required fields are covered. But lets say I want to import all the document links associated with a master agreement. I don't think there is any way that could be achieved.

      Regards

      Shobha
