SRM MDM user login error

Hi Experts,

I am facing this problem in which some users are getting Contact your administrator error on logon.

Please help me to resolve this,also how are users handled in SRM MDM scenario,how are users mapped between the 2 systems.

Hi,

Please check your user login credentials, If everything is fine and again your getting the same error. May be your user not in the list of users and contact your admins.

Hi

Did you check MDM logs?it may have some detailed reason of error.

Did you check the user id which is throwing the error in the portal is able to access Data manager....?

Did you check the Property "Password Never Expires" is set to Yes/No.( i am not sure of this Property in SRM-MDM Server).
