When i connet Citrix Server than mail is not send

HI ALL Experts,

I m facing Problem when i connect Client pc with Citrix server that time mail is not send via outlook ..

Mail Is successfully send from direct server and outlook .

but When i m connecting Client with  Citrix that time mail is not send.

pls give me solu how to send mail from citrix server .
