Add characteristic 0CRM_MKTELM to the ad hoc package

Hi Experts!

Can anyone help me on the issue that is related to the BPS and CRM. I am using standard CRM Marketing Plan Value area 4CRM0001 and the planning level Marketing Top-Down Hierarchical Planning (4MP70000) I am using the variable 4MKTHI01 with settings:

Characteristic: 0CRM_MKTELM

Hierarchy: The name of my marketing plan

Replacement Type: Charvalue Fixed value (using this option allows to restrict to the single value)

Selection Conditions: The name of my marketing plan

When I execute the planning layout in BW - everything works fine as I can change values and do planning.

But, when I go to crm_ui I get the error:

Planning area 4CRM0001, level 4MP70000; Add characteristic 0CRM_MKTELM to the ad hoc package

Planning Service Error.

Does anyone have a solution for this?
