Report CN52N to display Network which are Closed

Hi,

Our Client User has came across an issue which is causing lack of accurate reporting from SAP.

User runs the CN52N for Network Order status and schedule updates on a daily basis.

It seems that when a Network is Closed or Technically Completed, the Network drops out of the report.

Could please throw pointers on how to obtain the detail for network orders that are closed or technically completed.

Hi,

You can define a status selection profile and make use of it in CN52N. Define it in such a way that it will display Networks with closed or TECO status. Use transaction BS42 to define a status selection profile.

    I tried the above in many different ways. It does not work for us.
    By no means can I see components for network activities with TECO status in CN52N.
    
    Can you please elaborate on how you achieved this?

      Dear Michael,
      
      Please follow steps mentioned below.
      
      1. Execute CN52N report for Networks in question.
      
      2. Once you execute, click on option Edit -> Deleted Objects-> Display
      
      3. View Deleted Objects
      
      We have guided in similar fashion to our Client which in turn helped Client and hence issue was resolved.
