Hello sir,
If you have an S- user ID, you can access the SAP Support Portal, however if your ID is not tied to a valid maintenance contract, you will not be able to download products. You must also have authorizations associated to your S-user ID if you are linked to a valid maintenance contract to be able to download.
If you are looking for material such as documentation, you will be able to access this within the SAP Support Portal without needing authorizations.
