Hi,
In Web UI @ Service Confirmation Search view -> on doing some personalization to add a new column caused the following error message.
I.e. Result View is vanished from the searc view, only for that particular user Id. It is not persisting for other users. but "Result list : example 25 confirmation found " is only visible below that no Result view column and buttion. this exception is raising for only one particular user after trying to change the personalizing button.

An exception occurred during request processing. This was handled centrally. It changed the program flow and the result of the request probably contains errors.
Procedure
Contact your system administrator.
Procedure for System Administration
Activate checkpoint group BSP_WD_EXCEPTION_DISPLAY. To do this, use transaction SAAB. If the error recurs, further details are displayed.

CX_SY_ZERODIVIDE - Division by zero
Method: CL_CHTMLB_CONFIG_TABLE=>IF_HTMLB_TABLEVIEW_ITERATOR~GET_COLUMN_DEFINITIONS

Could you please explain how did you fix this problem ? since one of my user is getting same problem (only one user ) while adding a column or expanding the assignment Block.
