Hi,
I have a requirement to change "TimeZone" in Service Order screen (SAP CRM 7.0).
When we login with IC Agent role and go to Service Order screen, then in "Date" tab Timezone option is there.
Currently it is showing two time zone in drop down IST and PST.
My qureies are:
- Where we do maintain these Timezone ?
- What settings are required to show only one timezone ( currently it is showing two timezone IST , PST ).
