Hi Experts,

I was wondering if anyone could help me wtih this message please, it's from a DMP file created when SAP shut down:

"In SAP Business One_20111006085902.dmp the assembly instruction at B1_Engines+9b18d in C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\B1_Engines.dll has caused an access violation exception (0xC0000005) when trying to read from memory location 0x00000008 on thread 0"

Hi Caroline,

When you get DMP file, you can only report to SAP support to let them check. It is beyond forum help.
