Hello Pramod,

Error is not clear to me, but one thing I would like to suggest (not related to error) -

I see - BR0112I Files will not be compressed, it is better to put compression ON. I think this needs to be edited in same profile file where you have edited other parameters like 'backup device type'

Thanks

Hi,

I think you should use

compress=hardware

Are you sure, your tape-device is capable of using 64k blocks?

might be worth to try either 32k or 128k ???

Hi Experts,

Thanks for support,

Issue has been solved. There was a problem with BR tools. We have updated BR tools patch. Now we are able to take SAP online tape backup.

Thanks and Regards,
