Workflow not triggering mail to SAP Mail Box

Hi,

Workflow is not triggering mail to SAP mail box for Object BUS2012. I designed a workflow for PO rejection thru ME29N.

But I can see my workitem in SWI1 report and Event Trace (SWEL) with data flow and workflow triggering.

It is only not triggering SAP Mail Box. Start Event ACTIVATED.

Please let me know any settings or else required to be added.

Hi,

Did you check if the task is classified as General Task and the expression(for address) being passed to the task is through the parameter of type SWHACTOR.

Check the workflow log in SWIA transaction,if the agent is missing or what went wrong.

Hi Saraya,

I also faced a similar situation. in my case , FM was going in dump and it will terminate the process of mail sending

but it will show the work item.

I think u should debug it and check for dump.
